- Supplemental Movie S1 - Reconstruction of a stack of 0.3-µm interval confocal images from a 25-µm thick mouse initial segment section immuno-labeled with an antibody directed against KRT5 for BCs (red), and expressing EYFP in CD11c+ MPs (green). No colocalization was observed between KRT5+ BCs and CD11c+ MPs, however both KRT5+ BCs and CD11c+ MPs extend protrusions towards the lumen and reside in close proximity at the base of the epithelium (bright grid).
