  Fig. S1. To evaluate whether M. leprae could induce apoptosis in Mφ1 or Mφ2 cells differentiated in vitro, cells were stimulated with irradiated M. leprae at 10 or 20 μg/ml for 24 h. Fig. S2. Mφ1 or Mφ2 cells were stimulated with irradiated M. leprae at 10 μg/ml for 24 h in the presence or absence of apoptotic Jurkat cells (1:1). Fig. S3. Mφ2 cells were stimulated with irradiated M. leprae at 10 μg/ml for 24 h in the presence or absence of apoptotic or live Jurkat cells (1:1).
