• Video 2 shows a leaf epidermal pavement cell nucleus in which a speckle is moving rapidly within the nucleolus. Images were not deconvolved so the nucleoplasmic speckles (nonnucleolar) cannot be resolved among the diffuse nucleoplasmic labeling. Single focal plane images taken every 5 seconds for 7 minutes.
• Video 3 (2.25 MB) corresponds to Figure 6. Dynamic views of SR1/atSRp34-YFP in a root epidermal cell during mitosis.
• Video 4 (1.88 MB) corresponds to Figure 7B. Dynamic views of SR1/atSRp34-YFP in a leaf epidermal pavement cell after transcriptional inhibition (compare to actively transcribing cell in video 1).
