Control and Brk mutant embryos (32°C). Live imaging of a Jupiter::GFP/+ and brkM68; Jupiter::GFP/+ embryo raised at 25°C and imaged at 32°C with a spinning-disk confocal microscope (Leica). Jupiter::GFP is in gray. Frames were acquired every 15 min for 6 h. Closure is delayed in brkM68; Jupiter::GFP/+ embryos. Bar, 50 µm.

Jupiter::GFP is in gray. Frames were acquired every 15 min for 6 h. The closure dynamic is similar in both genotypes. Bar, 50 µm.
