• Supplemental Video 1 (.wmv, 5.4 MB) - Enterosphere from Mrp4^-/- mice is resistant to irinotecan fluid secretion. The video shows dynamic fluid filling into the luminal area of enterosphere after treatment with irinotecan, MK-571, and forskolin. The basal level of fluid secretion is higher in enterosphere from Mrp4^-/- mice compared to enterosphere from Mrp4^+/+ mice. Irinotecan induces fluid secretion in Mrp4^+/+ enterosphere; however, Mrp4^-/- enterosphere is resistant to fluid secretion by irinotecan.
