The video shows dynamic fluid filling into the luminal area of enterosphere after treatment with irinotecan, MK-571, and forskolin. The basal level of fluid secretion is higher in enterosphere from Mrp4-/- mice compared to enterosphere from Mrp4+/+ mice. Irinotecan induces fluid secretion in Mrp4+/+ enterosphere; however, Mrp4-/- enterosphere is resistant to fluid secretion by irinotecan.
