A Fluorescent Live Imaging Screening Assay Based on Translocation Criteria Identifies Novel Cytoplasmic Proteins Implicated in G Protein-coupled Receptor Signaling Pathways

Supplemental Data

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • legend supplemental material - legend of supplemental table 1
  • supplemental tables1 - Supplementary Table S1: List of screened proteins in an Excel format. This table indicates, the name, full name according to Uniprot, the biological process according to the Gene Ontology GO project, the cDNA and protein ID. When described, the table lists the localization of the endogenous protein determined in [10]. The localization observed during the live-imaging translocation screen is also compared with the localization determined in the initial screen in Vero cells [7]. Finally, annotations of the videos indicate (0 means no, 1 means yes) : if i) special localization was observed before activation, ii) translocation upon activation, iii) moving dots, iv) detachments of cells, v) shrinkage, vi) blebbing. In green, fluorescent proteins with specific localization before activation with Neurokinin A, in yellow, fluorescent proteins that translocate upon tachykinin receptor activation.
