• Supplemental Table 1 (.pdf, 160 KB) - The 18 amino acids of the Bcl-3 derived peptides 2, 5, 6, 35, 36, 75, 78, 80, 85 and 87 were sequentially substituted with alanine. Arrays were probed with GST-p50 and detected by immunoblotting with anti-GST antibody. GST-p50 binding was quantified by densitometry and represented as a percentage binding of the control parent peptide peptides.
