Simulated datasets to test approximated analyses.
The datasets simulate different degrees of sparseness in peptide intensity measurements. The fully annotated dataset is provided as a reference and to demonstrate the annotation performed by the quality control module of ProteModlR.
Intensity values were modeled after true measurements experimentally obtained.
Reference peptides are omitted for the sake of clarity and to facilitate calculation.

In every dataset, the output of each module of ProteoModlR is displayed along with the input values.
