These animated movies show the dynamics of fPSII mapped over two different leaves of Kalanchoe daigremontiana during normal day/night cycle (i.e., during a 12-h light period after a 12-h dark period). Dynamic wavefronts are most pronounced during the transition from phase III to phase IV and are initiated at various areas of the leaf (compare the two movies given here).
