Labeling of caveolin-1 and GLUT4 on plasma membrane lawns from 3T3-L1 adipocytes. PM lawns were obtained from 3T3-L1 adipocytes after 30 min of 100 nM insulin treatment. Double labeling was performed by using an anti-caveolin-1 monoclonal antibody and Alexa Fluor 488-labeled (Molecular Probes) anti-GLUT4 OSCRX antibody followed by labeling with a Texas red labeled-goat anti-mouse antibody.
