Sedimentation equilibrium (Beckman Coulter) analysis of 1.2 mM DP-TT2 carried out at 4°C in H2O/D2O (9:1 v/v), 100 mM sodium deuteroacteate buffer, pH 3.8 (uncorrected). The solid line drawn through the data set was obtained by fitting the absorbance vs. radial position data to the equation describing the behavior of a single ideal species. The ratio of calculated molecular weight to theoretical weight was found to be 0.95, suggesting monomeric behavior for NMR conditions.
