- Supporting Video 2 - Animation based on the experimentally-determined ensemble of 32 conformers of ScLPMO10C (blue). These conformers were aligned with respect to the CBM2 domain, which was docked onto a cellulose surface (green). A low-energy pathway between each of these conformers was then calculated generating a total of 3800 frames. See Experimental Procedures section for more details.
