• Supporting Information Figure S1 - Figure S1. The distribution of fluorescence values in a single sample of cells (~5000) is non-Gaussian. It is roughly log Normal. Thus, geometric mean fluorescence values (GMFs) must be calculated for each sample. The GMFs of a population of samples show a Gaussian distribution and can be used to estimate the probability that a compound affects cell surface Glut4 (lies within or outside the normal distribution range of Control samples).
