Staining with isotype control is shown as an open histogram, whilst anti-HA staining is shown as a filled histogram. Panel B shows the migratory responses of GPR35 expressing L1.2 cells and naïve L1.2 cells to increasing CXCL17 concentrations in a modified Boyden Chamber. Data are shown as the mean ± SEM from four experiments.
