WT and Nlrp3−/− mice were injected with either PBS or IL-4 complex (IL-4c) and (A) peritoneal CD11b+ cells containing F4/80lo and F4/80hiTim4+ Mφs where analysed by flow cytometry after 24 hours. Frequency and geometric mean fluorescence intensity (gMFI) of intracellular Ym1 and RELM-α were determined in (B) resident F4/80hiTim4+ Mφs and (C) monocyte-derived F4/80lo Mφs.
