Elemental distribution of ¹²C¹⁴N, ³⁵Cl, and ⁵⁶Fe¹⁶O fragments originating from the porphyrin and oxidant and corresponding secondary electron image of the oCVD thin film prepared at a substrate temperature of 200 °C. The field of view is 40 × 40 μm². Noticeably, the ³⁵Cl hot spots match with the hot spots of the ⁵⁶Fe¹⁶O fragments, which are both the exact negative of the ¹²C¹⁴N fragment.
