CDF plots for voxel-wise correlations of temporal lobe atrophic rates across all subjects (n = 110, including AD, MCI, and controls) with 1-year interval changes in cognitive scores ADASCog, MMSE, and CDR-SB. Overall, scores were correlated with slightly higher effect sizes at 1.5 T compared to 3 T. CDR-SB was the clinical score that correlated most strongly with temporal lobe atrophy, at both 1.5 and 3 T.
