Comparison of bias and efficiency between the proposed pseudo- likelihood approach, the maximum likelihood method [Epstein et al., 2005], and the maximum likelihood approach [Nagelkerke et al. 2004] assuming the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and random mating.
