Hana3A cells transfected with SR1 respond to multiple odorants in a dose-dependent manner. Data were normalized. Error bars indicate SEM, and n = 4 for each point. Dose–response curves were fitted by setting the baseline (no odorant stimulation) to 0 and the maximum response to 100. For the effective ligands, the K1/2 (or EC50) value ranged from 83.2 μm (for octanoic acid) to several millimolars, and the Hill coefficient ranged from 0.2 to 0.7.
