Previously published RNA-Seq data¹³ were reanalysed using the new chemoreceptor annotations and genome assembly. Chemoreceptors have been clustered according to Euclidian distance of their expression vectors using the R function hclust. Expression is given for females in 3 stages of the gonotrophic cycle (0, 48, or 96 hr after taking a blood-meal, where 0 hr indicates not blood-fed, 48 hr indicates 48 hr after the blood-meal, and 96 hr indicates gravid). New genes are indicated by black bars at right.
