Decreasing the tolerated infectious population increases the required level of containment R0(t)/R0. This decreases the exposed and infectious populations. The susceptible and recovered populations converge to larger and smaller endemic equilibrium values, but their converges is slower. tolerated infected population Itol = 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.08, 0.10, 0.15, basic reproduction number R0(t), and initial exposed fraction E0 = 0.010.
