Median values in grey and white matter of qMRI metrics obtained with a scanner from vendor 1 following different denoising strategies. Median values from different subjects and scans are pooled so that figures in the table report mean and standard deviation (in brackets) across subjects and scans. In all cases, values of metrics obtained after denoising are less than 5% different from the values obtained with no denoising.
