The individual one-class clustering results for the two pathways are shown in terms of the measured variables. Although the clustering was done in terms of Z-scores, these figures are plotted in terms of measured variables. The dark black line is the decision boundary (score = 0.5) between the low and high severity regions. The high severity region is marked by five contours in red ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 and similarly the low severity regions has blue contours ranging from 0.0 to 0.5. Thus, knowing the values of the two variables, it is possible to evaluate the corresponding severity score.
