Volumes of 20 ER+ PDX tumors were measured in ovariectomized SCID/beige mice supplemented with or without 8 μg/ml E2 in the drinking water (mean ± SEM, n=7–16 per PDX line per arm). PDX tumors were categorized based on ESR1 status (mutations listed or wild-type, wt) and E2 dependency for growth (E2-independent, E2-suppressed, E2-partially dependent and E2-dependent).
