Membranes were incubated with 0.1% BSA, 30μM GDP, 0.1nM [³⁵S]GTPγS and varying concentrations of WIN55,212-2 (WIN) or AEA and concentration-effect curves were analyzed by non-linear regression, as described in Methods.
