Dogs diagnosed with a histologically confirmed glioma were selected for inclusion into the trial. A total of 10 dogs were enrolled and received daily losartan plus daily propranolol with bi-weekly vaccination for the first ten weeks then monthly through the duration of survival. After the first 10 weeks, blood collection and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was completed every three months throughout the duration of the study. Following death, a necropsy was completed.
