(A) CatL-treated (CatL-GP) viral pseudotypes were incubated with various concentrations of 6D8, 6D3, 13C6, KZ52, and JP3K11 for one hour prior to infection of HUVEC cells and luciferase activity was measured 72 hours later. Data is displayed as % infection relative to infection in the absence of antibody. (B) Neutralization of (black bars) WT (Native GP) and (white bars) CatL-GP pseudoviruses by KZ52, JP3K11, and a Control, 6D8. The experiments were performed three times independently and error bars represent ± SEM.
