Methodological pipeline. Fiber tractography is constrained based on anatomy and length, and streamlines are assigned to edges in a connection matrix. Only bundles reproducible across the studied population (N=132) are kept for analysis. Bundles are then filtered to remove outliers. Finally, for each bundle and each subject, microstructural and macrostructural features are extracted for analysis.
