(A) Experimental design for single-cell RNA-seq of CD45+ from Cx3cr1CreERT2-EYFP/+ R26tdTomato/+ mice infected cutaneously with 75 S. mansoni and sorted 8 weeks post-infection. Gating was on singlets, live cells, CD45+, tdTomato+.
