Stably overexpressing SSTR-1 cells were established in Panc-1 and MIA PaCa-2 cells. The mRNA levels of SSTR-1 in Panc-1 (A), and MIA PaCa-2 (B) cells were examined with real time RT PCR. Human SSTR-1 mRNA levels were normalized to that of human β-actin. SSTR-1 mRNA levels in Panc-SSTR-1 and MIA-SSTR-1 cells were significantly higher than that in Panc-V and MIA-V cells. *p < 0.01. All data shown are the mean±SD of three separate experiments.
