Fluorescence intensity change of single vesicle was reported when fluorescence intensity of either cherry-EHD1 or GFP-EEA1 or both markers at the end of the 1 min and 10 min time lapse was equal or more than 16% of the fluorescence intensity at the beginning of the time lapse. Numbers of vesicles in which EEA1 fluorescence was either constant or decreasing or increasing are shown in columns. Numbers of vesicles in which EHD1 fluorescence was either constant or decreasing or increasing are shown in rows (n=100).
