CD28 ligation co-suppresses peritoneal cavity T cells from CD40KO and PDL1KO mice but costimulates those from CD80/86KO (B7K0) mice. For both Panels, 1.5 x105 PerC cells +/− 1-MA were stimulated with anti-CD3 +/− anti-CD28 costimulation.
