Synaptic current decays (black) were fit peak-end (red overlay) by either a single exponential function for wild type or by the sum of 3 exponential functions for twi+/−. The insets show the individual components of each fit. B, The mean decay time constants computed for each recording are indicated by filled circles and the overall mean ± SD by an open circle (wild type n=9, twi+/− n=14).
