(AD) GFP fluorescence is easily detected 48 h after transfection of 293T cells with (A) 40 ng and (B) 20 ng virus without doxycycline (−Dox) treatment, whereas only occasional GFP positive cells are present in (C, D) wells treated with doxycycline (+Dox, 1 μg/ml). (E) ELISA indicates that NT-3 levels in supernatants of cells without doxycycline are significantly higher than NT-3 levels in supernatants from cells treated with doxycycline.
