(A) Spleen cells from CD11b-DTR BM chimeric mice, with or without injection of DT 24 h earlier, were stained with PE-anti-Ly6C + Alexa Fluor 700-anti-CD11b or PE-anti-Ly6G + Alexa Fluor 700-anti-CD11b. Numbers represent percentages of total spleen cell population (average of 3 mice/group).
