The small animal conformal radiation therapy device (SACRTD) at UAMS. A custom made collimator that can hold small plug-in collimators (tertiary collimators size down to 0.5 mm in diameter) is attached to the 225 kV X-ray tube, and an Adept Viper robot is used to position the target. The X-ray tube is mounted on a rotating gantry to facilitate digital X-ray imaging and therapy. The inset picture shows the setup for cone beam CT imaging.
