The dark lines proximal to the spleen on Cartesian series (arrowhead) show the cross-beam navigator used for respiratory gating. Phase aliasing present in the aorta and vena cava were corrected for during post-processing. The 3D angiogram shows a segmented view of the portal, splenic and superior mesenteric veins with comparable quality and conspicuity.
