14.18IL2 IC increases conjugate formation between M21 and NKL cells and can be blocked with an anti-CD25 mAb in flow cytometry conjugate assays. M21 and NKL cells were dyed with BODIPY and CFSE, respectively, and incubated together with the depicted treatments and analyzed for conjugate formation. huKS-IL2 was added to demonstrate specificity of the hu14.18-IL2 IC. Pretreatment with blocking anti-CD25 mAb almost completely abrogates conjugate formation. Numbers in dot plots indicate percentage of total counted events in each quadrant, with the upper right quadrant indicating 2-color conjugate events. The results are representative of three independent experiments
