Experiments were conducted at 25 °C, 20 mM Tris buffer, 32 μM thioflavin-T and 16 μM IAPP. Resveratrol was added to a final concentration of 160 μM. Samples contained 1% (v/v) DMSO after the addition of resveratrol. Scale bars represent 100 nm.
