Caco-2 cells were transiently transfected with non-silencing control (Nsi) or SPRY2 siRNA (50 nM, 72hr). Cells were serum starved overnight, treated with EGF (10ng/ml) for the indicated times and cell lysates were western blotted. Results represent a representative experiment of three independent experiments.
