Caco-2 cells were transiently transfected with non-silencing control (Nsi) or SPRY2 siRNA (50 nM, 72hr). Transfected cells were plated in six well plates for 24 hr. Cells were synchronized by serum deprivation and then stimulated with EGF for indicated times. The percentage of cells in G0/G1, S and G2/M phases of cell cycle are shown within each histogram. Representative results from three independent experiments are shown.
