Fourteen days following vector administration the mice were euthanized and kidney sections were immunostained with EGFP antibody (green) and Lotus tetragonolobus agglutinin (red) that binds strongly to the ciliated renal proximal tubule cells and weakly to the renal collecting duct cells. Shown are the confocal images of cortex, medulla, and papilla of the immunostained kidney sections. Scale bar: 50 μm.
