Procedure for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) classification. In the training stage, we use the two-sample t-test to select significant features for two classes, i.e., mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and normal control (NC) classes. The selected features will be used to train the classifier. For the testing data, we use the same selected features as used in the training stage to predict the label of testing data as MCI or NC, using the trained classifier.
