(a) p21 is expressed in sepsis Gr1⁺CD11b⁺ cells from Nfia knockout mice. Gr1⁺CD11b⁺ cell extracts were prepared, and levels of NFI-A and p21 proteins were determined by Western blot. (b) Reversal of CDK4, PTEN and NF-kBp65 protein expression patterns in sepsis Gr1⁺CD11b⁺ cells from NFI-A knockout mice.
