PAQ11 nanofibers, LPS, or PBS were administered intranasally to mice, and inflammatory cells and cytokines were measured in BALF 18 h later by flow cytometry and Multiplex ELISA, respectively. Data shown were combined from three independent experiments, with total n=6 for LPS and n=8 for nanofibers and PBS. Mean±SD shown, Statistical significance was tested by two-way ANOVA and Tukey’s multiple comparison (***: p<0.001, ns: not significant). Dose: One i.n. administration of 50 μL of 2 mM peptide.
