(A) Thymi from 4-week-old heterozygous Adig mice were stained with Aire antibody and GFP-antibody. The majority of Aire positive cells were also positive for GFP. (B) Thymi from 4-week-old heterozygous Adig mice were stained for involucrin and GFP. Involucrin positive HCs were always positive for GFP. DAPI was used for nuclear staining.
