‘Balancing the spatial demands of the developing dentition with the mechanical demands of the catarrhine mandibular symphysis’ by S.N. Cobb and O. Panagiotopoulou

The above article (doi: 10.1111/j.1469-7580.2010.01321.x) together with its associated Corrigendum (doi: 10.1111/joa.12146) from Journal of Anatomy has been retracted by agreement between the authors, the Journal's co-Editors-in-Chief Julia Clarke, Thomas Gillingwater, Anthony Graham and Stefan Milz, the Anatomical Society and John Wiley & Sons Ltd. The action has been agreed due to the fact that there are errors in the validation protocol and data, and the finite element analysis data and results.

Corrigendum: Journal of Anatomy, 224: 252–254. doi: 10.1111/joa.12146
