In the original published version of this article, Figs. 8 and 9 mistakenly have the same caption/label as Fig. 6 (‘Number of Bamboo Plants per Pilot). The correct labels should be: “Fig. 8: Number of Bamboo Leaves per Pilot”; “Fig. 9: Average Culm Diameter per Pilot”. The authors apologize for the errors. Both the HTML and PDF versions of the article have been updated to correct the errors.
