ARID1A regulates HCC malignant behaviour by modulating RBL1 expression.

(a, b) GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis was performed for genes significantly associated with ARID1A. (c) Western blot analysis confirmed the effects of ARID1A OE and KD on the JNK/FOXO3 signalling pathways in HCC. (d–f) The correlation between ARID1A, FOXO3 and RBL1 mRNA expression was analysed from the TCGA database.
