In the published article, there was an error in affiliation (2) for the following 3 authors: Mara Gavazzoni, Michele Tomaselli, Claudia Baratto. The affiliation (2) “Department of Medicine and Surgery, University of Milano-Bicocca, Milan, Italy” does not apply to these three authors. The only affiliation for these authors should be (1): “Department of Cardiology, Istituto Auxologico Italiano, IRCCS, Milan, Italy”, as displayed in the new version of the paper.

The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
